E Hair Studio Policies and Terms of Service

**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** 

 

To cancel or schedule your service, simply contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any deposit charges. Please note that after your second rescheduling request, a deposit be required. 

 

**Gratuity:** 

Cash is preferred! 

 

**Payments:**

We proudly accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

 

**Deposit Policy:** 

For services booked online with a deposit your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits don’t include any taxes or other service fees, and you'll settle any remaining balance along with all taxes and other service fees at checkout.

 

**Taxes and Fees:**

Service Tax is 4.5%, Sales Tax is 8.8%, POS fee is 3%, Service Fee for Haircut is $1.99, Service Fee for Hair Color is $3.99, etc.

 **Loyalty Rewards:** 

Please note that once points are redeemed for a service, no refunds or changes can be made. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your selections carefully before proceeding."

 

 **Return Policy:**

Thank you for shopping at E Hair Studio.  I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. I offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. Please note that if 15 days have passed since your purchase, I will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

 

**Late Policy:** 

If you're running late, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate (up to 15 minutes). Arriving than 15 minutes late will be treated as a NO SHOW (especially for haircuts) and will incur a deposit for your booked services. 

 

**Two-Week Hair Fixing Policy:** 

If you're not completely satisfied with your hair outcome, inform me within two weeks of your service, and I will gladly fix it at no additional cost. This policy does not cover changes to your original service or results requiring multiple services. All services non-refundable!
